About The Role
We are seeking a Data Science Analyst to join our expanding data science team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in statistics and data analysis to apply their skills in a dynamic, client-focused environment. As a Data Science Analyst, you will support the development, validation, and delivery of quantitative models, including marketing mix models, regression analyses, and other statistical work across media, pricing, and promotional datasets. Your contributions will directly influence strategic decision-making for our marketing clients by providing actionable insights through rigorous data analysis and modeling. This position serves as an ideal entry point for those eager to deepen their expertise in applied analytics within a collaborative team setting, working on diverse projects that span multiple industry verticals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field Strong foundation in statistical modeling, particularly regression analysis and time-series methods Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization (e.g., pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn) Knowledge of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, model fit diagnostics, and variable selection techniques Experience working with large, complex datasets with attention to detail Excellent written communication skills for documenting analytical processes and findings Exposure to Bayesian methods or hierarchical modeling is a plus Experience with marketing data such as media spend, impressions, GRPs, or consumer datasets Prior internship or academic project experience in an applied analytics setting
Responsibilities
Build and maintain data science models such as Marketing Mix Models using regression-based techniques, working with weekly or monthly time-series data across media, pricing, and promotional variables Conduct data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance on client datasets to ensure model readiness Perform statistical analyses including adstock transformations, diminishing returns curves, and decomposition outputs Support model documentation and prepare structured outputs such as Excel workbooks, charts, and summary tables for internal review and client presentations Collaborate with senior team members on methodology decisions and model refinement to enhance accuracy and robustness Contribute to internal tooling and process improvements to support team scalability and efficiency
