Job Overview
Perform Modification Team Leader and Field Team Lead roles as per OPGN's Engineering Change Control Process Provide Project Management and Cost and Scheduling for NSS Minor Modifications Provide Engineering Change Control guidance, provide active support to field issues and Field Initiated Changes, and facilitate a positive outcome with EPC vendors Provide technical and process support to field work under Projects, Work Order Holds and Project Control Center (PCC) actions Provide advice and/or direction to Design Leads, review designs and sign Field Initiated Changes Perform field inspections, acceptance and approvals Maintaining written documented processes and procedures to reflect improved operating methods and additions to all supported systems Understand impacts on cost and schedule, and provide support to minimize impacts driving projects
Education: Degree in mechanical / electrical / electronics / mechatronics / computer or software engineering
Qualifications
Requires a knowledge of electrical, electronics, computer science, statistical analysis and economics to provide consultative services in designated, specialized technical fields associated with the development, design, construction, commissioning and operation of power plants. Requires knowledge of English to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form and proficiency in technical report writing to develop, prepare and implement standards, methods, procedures and comprehensive reports.
