We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) Engineer with strong Engine Systems expertise to develop advanced parametric CAD models and automation templates using Siemens NX. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in underhood packaging, air induction, cooling, and fuel systems. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop Knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) templates using Siemens NX Create and maintain parametric CAD models and automated design templates Design and package Air Induction, Fuel Tank, and Cooling Reservoir systems Perform underhood packaging, routing optimization, and flexible component envelope studies Support competitive benchmarking, design validation, and manufacturing feasibility Develop engineering standards and train engineers on KBE methodologies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of Siemens NX CAD modeling 2+ years of Robust Modeling, Parametric Modeling, and NX Product Template Studio 2+ years of Engine Systems / Underhood Design experience Experience with Air Induction, Cooling, and Fuel Systems Strong communication and technical presentation skills CATIA V5/V6 experience is acceptable when combined with strong Engine Systems expertise Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of Engine Systems design experience Experience with NX SimCenter 3D, Motion, CFD, FloEFD, Nastran FEA, or IPS Cable FEA or Acoustics experience for Air Induction systems Location: Windsor, ON Disclaimer: Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
