Role Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Construction Supervisorto join our team for a mining project in Hope Bay, Nunavut. This is aFly in/ Fly out Opportunity with flights provided out of Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate, coordinate, direct, and schedule site personnel to ensure project objectives are met. Assist with the optimizations of mechanical and electrical design drawings. Assist in preparation and negotiation of mechanical and electrical subcontracts. Monitor the overall progress of the project and take corrective action where necessary. Maintains a respectful and engaging work environment for all employees. Ensures that PTW policies and project procedures are being adhered to; including PTW's Health Safety, Security and Environmental Policies. Maintain a good working relationship with customers, consultants and subcontractors. Prepare and review reports on progress, costs, materials used and adjust work schedules as required. Accountable for compliance with the union agreement. Prepare overall work plan and schedule in conjunction with Site Superintendent and Project Manager.

Qualifications / Requirements

Must be a Journeyman Electrician Minimum 3-5 years' experience in industrial and oil field experience Ability to pass a drug and alcohol pre-access Excellent communication skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work in a fast-paced site environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability Commitment to working safely and following all site safety requirements
