Qualifications Proven experience in construction lead roles. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project management principles. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinetry installation, roofing systems, caulking methods, and woodworking. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades simultaneously while maintaining safety standards. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in diverse environments; comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces if required. Relevant certifications or licenses related to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory.
