You must understand the principles of accessible design, including WCAG standards, and be capable of creating responsive, visually coherent, and user-friendly interfaces. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize improvements based on user impact are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Design and develop screens, forms, and interfaces related to various plugins and applications. Ensure accessibility compliance according to WCAG standards, catering to users with mobility, vision, or other limitations. Collaborate with project teams to accurately translate user journeys into functional designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Incorporate user testing feedback to refine and enhance interface usability and aesthetics. Maintain consistency in visual design by developing and adhering to style guides and design systems. Prioritize UX improvements based on user impact, technical feasibility, and project timelines. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new tools to continually improve design quality.
