Project Context
The Bilingual Accessibility Tester will join a leading financial services organization specializing in investment management, supporting a team focused on delivering high-quality digital solutions. This role involves ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) while performing manual and automated testing across various environments.
Key Responsibilities Execute manual test cases across different environments (SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod) following the test plan. Perform functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, and accessibility testing (e.g., WCAG compliance). Log and track defects in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) and collaborate with developers to resolve them. Re-test fixed defects and confirm resolution. Utilize tools such as Selenium, AXE, JAWS, and Katalon for testing and validation.
Candidate Requirements Strong experience in the financial domain (mutual funds, investments, registered products). Proven experience in manual QA testing with a focus on accessibility standards (WCAG, AXE, JAWS). Proficiency in Selenium for automated testing. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) 4–5 years of relevant experience. Experience with Katalon (a plus, but not mandatory). JIRA, Katalon, Selenium, AXE, JAWS. Well-organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
