GIP Pyramid Construction Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Quantity Surveyor / Construction Surveyor to join our growing civil construction team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field who is looking to play a key role in keeping major infrastructure projects moving efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

· Preparing quantity take-offs and material estimates

· Assisting with project costing, budgeting, and tracking

· Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation

· Supporting project teams with reporting and progress tracking

· Collaborating with site crews, project managers, and subcontractors

· Assisting with procurement and cost control processes

· Helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

· 3?5 years of experience in quantity surveying, civil construction, or related roles

· Background in Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or similar education/experience

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software

· Able to use GPS and total station, as well as CAD and Civil 3D.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
