: We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire Architect define and deliver enterprise-grade architecture solutions that span underwriting, policy, billing, claims, and commercial insurance workflows. In this rol
e, What you'l l dSolutions and Assuranc e: Design and deliver solutions for Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Contact Manager) that meet standards for availability, security, resilience, and performan ce.Develop Guidewire design and migration strategies, including legacy policy conversion, with clear cost, benefit, and risk analysis support investment decisio ns.Ensure end-to-end solution integrity across platforms, including transition states, while balancing short-term and long-term goals with stakeholde rs.Communicate complex technical concepts effectively both technical and non-technical audiences and document solution debt for future resoluti on.Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and participate in post-implementation reviews continuously improve solution desi gn.Technical Leadershi p: Stay current with Guidewire platform and integration advancements; evaluate and recommend adoption of new features, including Guidewire Cloud Platfo rm.Define and enforce architecture best practices and standards; conduct reviews ensure compliance and quali ty.Produce and peer-review design artifacts supporting service, security, and engineering nee ds.Mentor and coach team members, fostering knowledge sharing and technical grow th.Design Community membershi p: Contribute Solution Architecture community by leading or supporting initiatives that enhance design practic es.Continuously develop technical skills help leverage emerging technology tren ds.Problem Solving & Change Leadersh ip Drive project-based problem solving, applying technical expertise resolve issues and recommend design solutions aligned with policy and proce ss.Adapt change proactively, proposing improvements and influencing design decisions meet evolving business nee ds.Collaboration & External Engageme nt Build strong relationships with internal teams including project managers, platform specialists, and architec ts.Maintain liaison with suppliers and technology partners stay current on emerging trends and ensure specialist knowledge remains up da

What you'll br ing Commercial Insurance Expert ise Extensive experience in underwriting, policy lifecycle, rating, endorsements, renewals, audits, and cla ims.Strong understanding of commercial product structures (multi-location, multi-line, schedules, packages, additional interests, risk-specific coverag es).Deep knowledge of submission intake modernization, including ingestion of unstructured documents, automated data extraction, classification, and routing underwrit ers.Guidewire & Integrat ion Skilled in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Workbench, and ecosystem integrations (CRM, broker systems, document repositories, pricing engines, appetite/eligibility AP Is).Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and migration strateg ies.Experience in using APD and Integration Framework in solving business prob lemsExperience in architecting integration solution involving Guidewire the ecosystem’s applications including document, finance, payments expos ure.Experience in integration architecture design and implementat ion.Digital & Cloud Technolog ies Knowledge of digital technologies, cloud computing, and modern development practi ces.Certified in public cloud platforms (AWS or Azu re).Project & Technical Leaders hip Strong grasp of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies (Agi le).Broad technical expertise with the ability apply solutions across diverse customer and business scenar ios.Technology-driven mindset, focused on leveraging innovation deliver customer va lue.Financial acumen for business case development and design decisi ons.Ability balance strategic direction with short-term go als.Soft Skills & Leaders hip Excellent communication and technical guidance ski lls.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilit ies.Leadership qualities with personal impact and influe
