Role: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) location: Mississauga, ON - Onsite (5 Days WFO) 12 months
Must-Have
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with management and understand end-user issues
- Demonstrated technical experience and broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications. Salesforce experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and applying root cause analysis
- Project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role Analyzes complex business problems to be solved Identifies, evaluates, designs, and develops systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements Develops integrations, converts data, and configures system settings and options for enterprise-wide applications Plans and executes unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements Influences, owns, and designs the user experience around sales enablement tools, working to maximize ROI Works with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (sales, finance, marketing, technical, and product teams) to gather requirements, deliver desired information, and address daily business or systems issues Publishes and maintains dashboards, automated metrics reports, and data analysis to support performance and operations Provides consultation to users in the area of automated systems, sets up user access, and trains users on applications
