About the role

Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Rural area. Willing to relocate. Food processing industry. Tasks: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Conduct or supervise operational programs. Direct quality control inspections. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). MS Office. Read blueprints and drawings. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques. Plan and organize daily operations. Evaluate daily operations . Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Computer and technology knowledge: HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge. MS Outlook. Manufacturing sector experience: Food.
