This role involves assisting with site preparation, concrete placement, and finishing work on our residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate should have an eager willingness to learn and grow in the trade.

Key Responsibilities Perform layout work according to project plans and specific measurements. Set and align concrete forms to proper grade, level, height, and other specifications. Tie and secure rebar as required. Set up and take down scaffolding safely and efficiently. Prepare job sites for concrete pours, including grading, compacting, and staging materials. Assist with pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete. Safely operate hand and power tools to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites to ensure a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with crew members, supervisors, and other trades to keep projects moving smoothly. Follow all company safety policies and procedures What You’ll Need Previous construction or concrete experience is considered a strong asset. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year-round. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Ability to follow directions and read basic measurements. Good teamwork and communication skills Strong time management and attention to detail. Strong work ethic and reliability. Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to job sites.
