We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to provide technical support and maintenance services to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various heating and cooling systems. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform service and repairs on heating and cooling systems

• Diagnose system issues and provide accurate and timely solutions

• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

• Install and configure new heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment

• Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance

• Adhere to company safety standards and procedures

• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and product knowledge

• Provide excellent and professional customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid G2 gas license and/or refrigeration license (313A or 313D)

• Previous experience as a service technician in the HVAC or refrigeration field

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent knowledge of heating and cooling systems

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

• HVAC: 1 year (preferred)
