Requirements No degree, certificate or diploma required. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the same occupation. Area of work experience includes installation and repair of doors and frames, frame straightening, metal cutting, paint spraying, underbody components, unibody machine operation, and welding. Criminal record check required Work conditions and physical capabilities include working in a fast-paced environment, performing physically demanding tasks, demonstrating strong attention to detail, and being able to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as stand for extended periods.
