Title: Application Production Support, Asset Finance and Securitization Platform Duration: 12+ Months Location: Montreal, QC/Onsite

Introduction: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to provide application and technical support for critical 24x7 Credits, Working Capital, and Asset Finance and Securitization applications. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert on application architecture, disaster recovery, and infrastructure integration, ensuring adherence to information security and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 production support, including incident management, problem management, and change management Support data flows between applications and other systems Participate in Disaster Recovery, Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing Ensure data protection regulations are implemented and maintained Maintain monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning of application components

Must haves: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines Proficiency in one or more scripting languages: Shell, Perl, Batch, Python Experience with incident/problem/change management processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Nice to have: Knowledge of Java J2EE applications Familiarity with infrastructure, MQ, Websphere, Tomcat ITIL foundation knowledge/certification
