Our Experience Design team plays a pivotal role in transforming data and AI into intuitive, impactful, and human-centered products. Role Overview As an UX Designer, you will operate as both an Individual Contributor and Team Lead, driving user experience strategy and execution across complex enterprise products and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to solve challenging problems through design thinking and user-centered methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UX initiatives from discovery to delivery for complex enterprise products and platforms. • Translate ambiguous business problems into intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences. • Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops, including discovery sessions, ideation workshops, and co-creation sessions. • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality execution. • Partner with clients and stakeholders to define product vision and business objectives. • Present design concepts and recommendations confidently to senior leadership and clients. • Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to explore and adopt AI tools and emerging technologies. • Leverage AI-powered design methodologies for research, ideation, prototyping, and productivity. • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and design excellence. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in enterprise, data, analytics, or AI-driven products. • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and problem-solving. • Proven experience leading complex design projects and mentoring designers. • Expertise in User-Centered Design, Information Architecture, Prototyping, Design Systems, and User Research. • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing for AI, Data, Analytics, or Enterprise platforms. • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies. • Experience facilitating executive workshops and co-creation sessions. • Exposure to agile product development environments.
