Role Description The Digital Storytelling & Content Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and editing digital content that showcases Billyard Insurance Group’s services, brand values, and client stories across web, social media, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing content concepts, scripting and producing video assets, drafting written content for campaigns and marketing initiatives, and managing content calendars to ensure timely and consistent publishing. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to translate insurance offerings into engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. The role also involves analyzing content performance, optimizing storytelling approaches, and maintaining brand voice and quality standards across all platforms. Qualifications Strong skills in Content Production and Content Management, with experience coordinating end-to-end content workflows. Hands-on experience with Video Production, including planning, filming, and editing digital video assets. Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives. Excellent Writing skills for digital platforms, including web, social media, and campaign copy. Proficiency with common content and video tools (e.g., CMS platforms, Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing software). Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and audience engagement best practices. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, media production, journalism, or a related field is an asset. Experience producing content within financial services or professional services environments is considered beneficial.
