Requirements Create complex phylogenetics and evolutionary biology problems for model training and evaluation Demonstrate deep expertise in phylogenetics, evolutionary biology, genetics, genomics, bioinformatics, computational biology, molecular biology, or ecology and evolution Develop technically rigorous and clearly structured problem sets with high scientific standards Apply exceptional attention to detail across all deliverables Contribute domain knowledge to improve model reasoning across complex biological concepts Communicate technical concepts and feedback effectively in written and verbal formats Complete a short interview and evaluation task as part of the onboarding process
