What You?ll Be Doing

• Full-Scale Execution: Complete interior and exterior painting projects for residential and commercial clients.
• Expert Preparation: Perform thorough surface prep, including sanding, scraping, caulking, taping, and minor drywall repairs.
• Precision Application: Apply paints, stains, and specialized finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Job Site Leadership: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all furniture and flooring are meticulously protected.
• Client Interaction: Represent Swatch Pro Painters with a professional attitude, answering client questions and ensuring total satisfaction.

What We?re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3?5 years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial).
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in cutting-in by hand, rolling without streaks, and operating sprayers (preferred but not required).
• Reliability: A valid driver?s license and dependable transportation to get to various job sites. Shop vehicles are used for transport outside of immediate area.
• Detail-Oriented: A "perfectionist" mindset?you notice the small drips or missed spots before the client does.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay active throughout the workday.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
