Install surface mount and/or overhead cables. Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures. Conduct preventive maintenance programs. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Equipment and machinery experience: Generators. Conventional electrical devices. Motors and controls. Programmable logic controller (PLC). Hand tools. Area of specialization: Emergency power system. Fire alarm system. Communications system. Lighting system.
