In this role, you will support the delivery of residential energy efficiency programs by guiding homeowners and contractors through eligibility, documentation, technical requirements, and project completion. You will act as a technical resource for residential retrofits, building systems, and program compliance while helping ensure projects are completed accurately and successfully. Please note: The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver Island or Kamloops. You are a great fit if you can… Support homeowners and contractors through the full project process, from eligibility to completion. Provide technical guidance on residential energy efficiency upgrades, building systems, and retrofit requirements. Troubleshoot technical questions and help resolve project or program-related issues. Review documentation, complete data entry, and maintain accurate program records. Support QA/QC activities to ensure project accuracy and compliance. Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Share knowledge and support team training where needed. Travel within the assigned territory (Vancouver Island or Kamloops), using a company vehicle. Exciting candidates will have… 3–5 years of experience as an Energy Advisor or in a related field such as residential construction, building upgrades, or energy retrofits. Working knowledge of residential buildings, HVAC systems, building science, and energy efficiency upgrades. Knowledge of CSA F280-12 load calculations is a strong asset. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfort using an iPad, laptop, and digital documentation tools. Post-secondary education or relevant industry experience. A valid driver’s license and clean driving background. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned service area. Targted Compensation: $33/hour Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements. Compensation Range $25.70 - $44.55 Currency CAD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
