Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to support construction, logistics, and material handling projects. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and precision to ensure smooth operations across job sites. Candidates with experience in forklift operation, freight handling, commercial driving, and automotive repair are highly preferred.

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes to perform tasks related to construction and material movement
• Safely operate forklifts for loading and unloading freight and materials
• Drive commercial vehicles to transport equipment or materials between sites
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Assist with automotive repairs and troubleshooting as needed for equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and repairs

Experience

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or similar equipment
• Valid forklift certification is preferred
• Experience in freight handling and commercial driving is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive repair or troubleshooting is advantageous
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adhere to strict safety standards
