Guest Controls Ltd. is looking to hire a Shop Manager to lead daily operations within our shop. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and hands-on experience with tools and shop environments.

Position Summary

The Shop Manager will oversee shop operations, support production activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role requires versatility, leadership, and a proactive approach to managing a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations and workflow
• Coordinate and support repair activities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients
• Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
• Valve shop experience is a strong asset
