WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

Hands-On Maintenance: Assist with light assembly, routine service, and basic repairs on trailers and ag equipment. You will be the first line of defense in keeping our gear functional and safe.
-
Equipment Operation: Use forklifts and skid steers to move inventory, organize the yard, and assist with customer load-outs.
-
Inventory Preparation: Ensure that equipment is staged, cleaned, and safety-checked before it heads out the gate. You’ll play a direct role in making sure our customers get the right gear, ready to work.
-
General Yard Support: Keep the yard environment clean, organized, and running efficiently.
YOU’RE THE RIGHT FIT IF:
-
You’re Mechanically Inclined: You understand how equipment works and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to solve a problem.
-
You’re Eager to Learn: Whether you are an experienced operator or looking to build your skills on heavy machinery, we want someone with a great attitude who is ready to learn the ropes.
-
You’re Saskatchewan-Tough: You enjoy working outdoors and stay productive regardless of the weather.
-
You’re Licensed: You hold a valid driver’s license. (Possession of a Class 3 license is a major plus—be sure to let us know!).
-
You’re a Team Player: You see what needs to be done, communicate well with your leads, and take pride in your work.
