Mighty Painters is seeking a Painter to join our team. Relocation and permanent position possible for the right candidate.

What You?ll Be Doing:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming)
• Apply paint, varnish, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Repair and restore drywall, woodwork, and other surfaces
• Work alongside a small crew to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Travel & Schedule Expectations:

• Must be willing to travel for out-of-town projects lasting 2?4 weeks at a time (non-negotiable)
• All travel expenses are covered
• Work includes primarily daytime shifts, with occasional nights and weekend work required
• Schedule will vary depending on project needs
• This is a seasonal position to start, with strong potential for full-time employment
• Hours may slow during winter months

Experience:

• 1?3 years of painting experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in residential and/or commercial painting is an asset
• We?re willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude

Important Requirements:

• Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol on the job
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious at all times
• Valid driver?s license (asset)

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
