What Will You Do?

As a Data Scientist Lead – Measurement and Experimentation at Sobeys Capital, you will provide technical leadership for a portfolio of measurement solutions across marketing, space productivity, and promotion planning use cases. You will lead a team of data scientists to build and manage statistical measurement ETLs in Databricks while partnering with engineering for automation. Additionally, you will own the development and sustainment of experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing, Bayesian modeling, and Markov chain attribution to evaluate AI/ML applications.
