Key Responsibilities:

R&D Plant Integration: Work with Design team to manufacture prototypes in drawing creation, manufacturability studies, and supporting production in fabrication Transition prototypes to production parts by managing material sourcing, ERP system integration and production ready jigs/ documentation Continuously enhance the performance, reliability, and efficiency of existing products Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in agricultural manufacturing

Manufacturing Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency See problems and dive in, identify bottlenecks and work to solve them at a systematic level. Eliminate waste and coordinate with plant staff to improve operations Collaborate closely with production departments to implement process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness. Create SOP’s and monitor effectiveness

Project Management: Lead projects related to manufacturing process improvement and product development Maintain and organize process improvement projects and prioritize through an improvement task list Manage project budgets and resources effectively including evaluating and coordinating with vendors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). 1-2 years’ experience in agricultural manufacturing/design, industrial manufacturing, or related fields. Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office products Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on agricultural applications and manufacturing processes Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
