Our client is a growing Canadian manufacturer recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. To support their continued growth, they are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Team Leader – Batching to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare production batches according to established formulas and work instructions.
- Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials using precision equipment.
- Operate industrial mixers and monitor critical parameters, including speed, sequence, and cycle times.
- Validate quantities, product identification, and formulations throughout the batching process.
- Ensure all production records and documentation are accurate and complete.
- Perform metric and imperial unit conversions as required.
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Handle raw materials and chemical products in accordance with safety procedures and SDS requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment.
- Assist with inventory, material handling, and general production activities.
- Follow all quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
- Perform any other related duties.

Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or production environments.
- Experience preparing mixtures, formulations, or production batches requiring precision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid forklift certification (or recently expired).
- Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts (strong asset).
- Experience handling chemical products (significant asset).
- Comfortable with measuring equipment and calculations.
- Ability to work with metric and imperial units.
- Ability to perform physical work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures.
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
- Vocational diploma (DEP) in a related field (asset).
Salary: $30.00 per hour
