Our client, a well-established technology company located in Saint-Eustache, is looking for a senior after-sales service technician to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and emails related to equipment failures or technical inquiries.
- Diagnose issues, advise clients, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on cases with internal and external stakeholders.
- Write clear and detailed diagnostic reports.
- Identify and document recurring or major issues.
- Support the sales team with technical questions.
- Manage and maintain the training room.
- Write technical and training documentation.
- Provide internal and client training.
- Validate new products before they are put into production.
- Review and manage technical bulletins.
- Apply RMA procedures and quality assurance standards.
- Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:
- DEC in electrical engineering technology or electronics.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in technical service or after-sales support (mandatory).
- Advanced bilingualism in French/English essential (50% of the time due to international clients and suppliers).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Availability for occasional travel outside of Canada.
- Knowledge of high voltage and high frequency (important asset).
Salary: Starting at $85,000 per year
Schedule: Daytime, Full-time, 40 hours per week
