What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our warehouse systems and production equipment. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting exciting growth initiatives.

Troubleshoot & Repair: Swiftly diagnose and fix facility and production equipment issues (including conveyor systems, light plumbing, basic electrical faults, and HVAC adjustments)

Preventative Maintenance: Execute regular building inspections and preventative maintenance schedules to stop breakdown issues before they start

Minimize Downtime: Respond efficiently to daily maintenance requests, prioritizing critical tasks to keep our operations moving

Project Support: Assist with the installation, relocation, and commissioning of new, state-of-the-art production machinery

Contractor Coordination: Act as the on-site point of contact for external contractors and specialized repair vendors

Tech-Driven Tracking: Maintain accurate digital logs of work orders, maintenance history, and spare parts inventory using our CMMS system

Safety First: Champion a safe work environment by strictly following lockout/tagout protocols, OHS regulations, and supporting facility audits
What We Are Looking For

1–2 years of experience as a facility or maintenance technician (experience in a food production, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment is a huge plus)

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant trade is highly preferred

Solid understanding of industrial automation systems, building infrastructure (lighting, docks, doors, flooring) and basic facility systems (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration & HVAC)

Proficient with standard hand/power tools and a natural knack for mechanical problem-solving

Ability to perform manual labor, stand for extended periods, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

Ability to travel reliably to our main site and secondary locations as required

Schedule of Wednesday - Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM (schedules may be subject to change based on operational needs)

Hourly wage of $25.00
