Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
• Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques and carpentry skills
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform concrete finishing tasks with attention to detail for smooth and durable surfaces
• Assist with restoration projects, including siding installation and woodworking tasks
• Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move materials and equipment throughout the job site
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans
• Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration techniques
• Skilled in siding installation, carpentry, woodworking, and the use of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of welding processes is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
