This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements, specifically in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications, focusing on payroll functionalities. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems. Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for future reference. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functionality. 5-7 Years of experience in software development, with a focus on Payroll systems. Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or software development are a plus. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills: Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. Familiarity with cloud based technologies and platforms. Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for SAP systems. Experience in project management or leading small teams.
