Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in industrial settings
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning of machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals
• Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to complete projects and tasks
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a millwright or in a similar industrial maintenance role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
