<div> Details of the position   Job title:  Certified Maintenance Workman    School / Centre / Department :  Material Resources    Location :  Base : Magog, Quebec   Services are rendered throughout the schools and centres of the school board    Workload & schedule :  38.75 hours per week  Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30   The employee may be required to work outside of the usual schedule in certain situations.    Status :  Regular, full-time    Effective Date : As soon as possible   Salary :  $29.37 /h   Supervisor :  Director of Material Resources    Nature of the work    The principal and customary work of an employee in this class of employment consists in performing maintenance, repair and renovation work falling under several building trades.    Description of tasks   The employee in this class of employment ordinarily carries out his or her activities in places where it would be neither practical nor necessary to continuously call upon qualified workmen.  He or she performs general maintenance work, such as repairing or renovating buildings, sanitary installations and simply mechanical installations.  He or she may carry out preventative maintenance of equipment. On occasion, he or she may be required to coordinate the work of less experience or nonspecialized workman.
