This is not a maintenance role. This is not a ?keep things running? job. We are looking for someone to take control of production, eliminate inefficiencies, and build a system that scales. If you?ve never:

• Built production systems
• Cleaned up a messy shop
• Driven measurable improvements

?this is not the role for you.

The Mission:

Turn production into a predictable, efficient, system-driven operation. Right now, there is friction:

• Incomplete BOMs
• Inventory gaps
• Last-minute purchasing
• Bottlenecks in the shop

Your job is to eliminate that.

What You Own:

BOM Accuracy (Non-Negotiable)

• Every job has a complete, correct BOM before production starts
• Built and maintained in Odoo
• Standardized across all sign types
• Zero missing parts. Zero guesswork

Purchasing Control

• You own all production purchasing
• Build and manage vendor relationships and pricing
• Materials are ordered based on production timelines?not urgency
• Eliminate rush orders and expediting costs

Inventory That Can Be Trusted

• Real-time accuracy inside Odoo
• Implement min/max levels for key materials
• Eliminate stockouts and reduce dead inventory
• Own receiving, labeling, and organization standards

Production Flow & Scheduling

• Own the production schedule end-to-end
• Balance labor, equipment, and workload
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks before they happen
• Coordinate tightly with PM and Install teams

ERP Ownership (Critical)

• Own and continuously improve production workflows inside Odoo
• Ensure BOMs, inventory, purchasing, and scheduling are fully integrated
• Drive real-time visibility across all jobs
• Eliminate manual tracking, spreadsheets, and workarounds

Lean Execution

You will implement Lean manufacturing across production:

• Standard work
• Waste elimination
• Process consistency
• Continuous improvement culture

This is execution?not theory.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Production runs without constant firefighting
• BOMs are complete before jobs hit the floor
• Inventory is accurate and reliable
• Install teams receive complete, install-ready packages
• Lead times decrease
• Rework and errors drop significantly

Who You Are (Be Honest)You:

• Have run production in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Have built systems?not just worked inside them
• Are highly organized and process-driven
• Hold people accountable and don?t avoid hard conversations
• Think in terms of throughput, efficiency, and flow
• Have hands-on experience using Odoo or a comparable ERP system

You are not:

• A coordinator
• A task manager
• Someone who waits for direction

• You?ve never owned outcomes across a production floor
• You are not comfortable operating inside an ERP system daily
