About the role

Job Description Application Deadline: July 6, 2026 This role can be located in Canada or the Caribbean Banking Market where the successful candidate resides What is the opportunity? In this role you will establish the Caribbean Banking Data Reporting, Data Quality Management and Analytics Centre of Expertise to provide required shared services with high quality, efficiency, and consistency. You will also be required to establish scorecards and analysis to drive informed business decisions and provide the end user direction to IT in the establishment of an enterprise data warehouse for Caribbean Banking. What will you do? Establish and continue to refine Data Analytics CoE construct to provide the optimal portfolio of services Responsible for translating business data needs into technical solutions with an iterative approach and process Partner with Director - Data Transformation to develop and implement processes that enhance Caribbean Banking data quality and evolve Caribbean banking data to allow users to access self-serve capabilities Establish product, service and channel scorecards with key metrics and drivers for CBOC, business heads and product/channel managers to inform effective decision making Advise group on requirements of data warehouse to enable robust analytics, statistics, reporting Ensure tools and methodology are fully understood and consistently utilized across analytics teams Streamline and simplify reporting requirements across Caribbean banking with a goal of reducing reports required by 50% and bring best practices used across Enterprise to Caribbean Banking Establish and develop a regulator reporting process that ensures organization receives information in a timely manner while establishing processes to simplify and stream line regulatory requirements What do you need to succeed? Must-have Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Statistics or equivalent education/training Experience in organizational transformation strategies with a focus on customer service and management Experience in the big data ecosystem, with Hadoop (Pig, Hive, HDFS), Apache Spark, and NoSQL/SQL databases Experience using ETL big data pipelines (Apache Airflow), knowledge of CI workflows and build/test automation Experience managing data reporting and analytics teams and establishing data quality management processes and extensive experience in statistics, analytics and relational databases Nice to Have Post graduate degree in Finance, Business Management or Statistics will be an asset or similar designation or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in Customer Relationship Management is an asset.
