As a Warranty Technician, you are responsible for addressing homeowner warranty concerns and work collaboratively with construction team, sub-contractors, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Addressing pre-occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns 
• Conducting visual inspections of warranty issues 
• Performing ‘hands-on’ repairs 
• Scheduling additional services with sub-trades

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential construction or renovations
• Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and Alberta New Home Warranty Act
• Independent self-starter with high degree of initiative
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for excellence in customer experience
• Ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid Driver’s License
