What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor batching systems to produce consistent, high-quality material
- Coordinate material flow to support plant production and delivery schedules
- Perform routine inspections and report equipment or quality concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate production records and follow operational procedures
- Support housekeeping and safety culture across the plant
- Keep plant and yard maintained and tidy

- Demonstrated ability to operate industrial or automated equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Mechanically inclined individual
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
