R.W. Custom Homes is looking to add an experienced Carpenter to our team with a strong desire to produce quality, custom work. This position will allow the successful candidate to grow and develop their current skill set, while taking on a wide range of projects. The duties of the position vary greatly, as R.W. Custom Homes takes on all aspects of the build / renovation in order to ensure every project is completed up to our standards.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from the job site each day;
• Have a minimum of 4 years experience working with power tools;
• Have a general understanding of the steps involved with turn key project, including trim work, window installation, flooring, painting, kitchen installation, decking, siding, soffit and fascia, etc.;
• Have framing experience including the ability to cut a roof, complete layouts, and read and understand drawings;
• Ability to interact professionally with homeowners and other trades;
• Eye for details and a desire to provide quality service and work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
