As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of delivery—balancing people, timelines, and quality. You will: Lead and coordinate technical publication projects from kickoff to delivery Assign work to the right resources to ensure efficiency and quality Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard Build strong partnerships with customers through clear communication and trusted delivery Prepare estimates, track progress, and report on key project metrics Monitor budgets and ensure proper approvals for ongoing work Support and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration Ensure compliance with Sonovision and customer quality, safety, and process standards Maintain and update customer SharePoint Step in when needed to support delivery

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills: 5+ years of experience in technical publications or document preparation Project management training or equivalent hands-on experience Experience working directly with clients (estimates, reporting, metrics) Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with: Microsoft Word & Excel Adobe Acrobat Pro SharePoint & MS Teams Teamcenter (asset)
