About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for Voice Recording Specialists to record natural speech samples that help train cutting-edge AI speech systems — making them smarter, more natural, and more human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a clear, natural speaking voice. No voice acting experience, no studio setup, and no technical background required — just your voice and a reasonably quiet space to record.

What You'll Do

Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to prompts Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns Participate in both scripted readings and natural conversational recording sessions Ensure recordings are clean, clear, and free from background noise Complete brief metadata forms describing each recording session Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

Clear, natural speaking voice — no professional training needed Access to a quiet recording environment at home or elsewhere A microphone or smartphone capable of capturing good-quality audio Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded Reliable and consistent when working independently No prior voice acting, broadcasting, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

Experience in public speaking, podcasting, teaching, or broadcasting Familiarity with audio recording tools or apps Ability to voice a range of tones, styles, or characters Background in communications, education, or media
