Performs troubleshooting of aircraft ground support equipment on a scheduled basis. Performs immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on company equipment. Maintains and makes repairs to facilities in a safe and efficient manner Maintains Equipment status report along with updating equipment service intervals. Liaises with vendors and secures favorable pricing of parts and services; initiates purchase orders. Keeps tools and support equipment in safe and operational working condition while maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications: 0-4 years experience in a maintenance shop environment Experience in the repair and overhaul of motorized vehicles and industrial equipment an asset High School Diploma or equivalent Problem-Solving Skills/Strong Technical Aptitude/Strong Work Ethic/Ability to take direction and learn quickly/Strong verbal, written and computer skills Ability to work well with others and alone Must successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing Additional Information Summit Air, a member of the Ledcor Group of Companies, delivers customized fleet and aviation solutions safely and reliably to support Canada's North and beyond.
