Iris's client, one of the world's largest multinational Investment banking and financial services corporations, is looking to hire a Senior GenAI Engineer for a long-term opportunity.

Work Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid onsite – 2 to 3 days a week office)

Job description: An experienced GenAI/LLM expert who can design practical, production-grade AI solutions (not just model-driven prototypes). This role requires someone who understands how to balance traditional programming (Python-based logic, rules, and data processing) with LLM capabilities, using the model as an intelligent augmentation layer rather than the sole decision-maker.

Very Important: Strong Python engineering skills (data pipelines, APIs, business logic implementation)
