Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Finance (FICO) Consultant Job Location: Remote

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Finance (FICO) Consultant to lead and support finance transformation initiatives within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Management Accounting (CO) and Financial Accounting (FI), with hands-on experience in configuration, cross-functional integration, and end-to-end implementation delivery.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design scalable finance solutions aligned with reporting, compliance, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Management Accounting (CO) processes, including:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Allocations
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Cost and profitability reporting
• Design, configure, and optimize Financial Accounting (FI) components, with strong focus on:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Financial reporting
• Account determination
• Period-end closing processes
• Ensure seamless cross-module integration between Finance and other functional streams, including:
• Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Source-to-Pay (STP)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops to gather business requirements and identify solution gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive key implementation activities including:
• Solution design
• System configuration
• Build and development support
• Testing (SIT/UAT)
• Cutover planning
• Hypercare support
• Support reporting, compliance, and financial governance requirements within the SAP ecosystem.
• Provide best-practice recommendations aligned with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Consultant.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Management Accounting (CO)
• Financial Accounting (FI)
• General Ledger (GL)
• COPA
• Cost/Profit Center reporting
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes and integration touchpoints.
• Experience in SAP implementation lifecycle including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to conduct workshops and interact effectively with business and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or related domain.
• Experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to finance transformation and process optimization projects.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience preferred.
