How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead from the Front: Supervise and mentor the yard staff, assigning tasks and fostering a "safety-first" team culture.
• Optimize the Yard: Take ownership of the layout. You’ll strategically organize equipment and materials, so our customers get what they need, exactly when they need it.
• Technical Oversight: Use your mechanical "know-how" to coordinate the maintenance and repair of yard equipment, ensuring everything is field-ready.
• Inventory Logic: Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to keep stock levels accurate and operations seamless.
• Safety Leadership: Conduct regular inspections and find proactive ways to improve efficiency and site safety.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Leadership Experience: You’ve managed teams in a yard, construction, or industrial environment and know how to motivate a crew.
