We are hiring for an Associate Full-Stack Software Developer to help lead the design and evolution of core services powering their platform.

The Tech Stack You’ll Own Backend: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, Entity Framework Core. Architecture: Distributed Microservices, Temporal Workflows, REST APIs. Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/UI. Data & Monitoring: GCP (GKE), Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic.
What You Will Do Architect & Build: Design, build, and maintain backend services, distributed microservices, and asynchronous workflow automation systems. Elevate Engineering Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on long-term quality, review code, and mentor developers. Collaborate: Partner closely with frontend, product, QA, and DevOps teams to define and deliver clean API contracts. Optimize: Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production incident resolution, and ongoing platform optimization.
What We Are Looking For Deep Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience, with extensive experience designing and maintaining distributed or microservice-based systems. Technical Core: Strong experience with C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core and .NET Core Web APIs. Data Mastery: Strong hands-on experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, paired with solid automated testing strategies (unit and integration). Modern Tooling: Hands-on experience with Docker, containerized development workflows, and modern Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
