Seeking well-rounded Experienced Craftsman

No Nights or weekends unless you want them.

8-5 schedule as a W-2 employee with biweekly pay and benefits

Seeking creative, problem solvers with excellent craftsman skills and great customer service skills. Must have a can-do approach to your day.

Your days will be busy and you will do a wide variety of work.

We are looking for Multi Skilled Craftsman with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Proper Equipment:

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable:

Clean-Cut appearance

Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle. Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed. Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more. Someone who is punctual and efficient maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction. Enjoys being an Integral part of a winning team. Compensation: $28.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. There are Franchise Owners and Office Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative side of the business allowing our Craftsmen to focus on the tasks at-hand and provide our customers with professional services that delight our customers. Our Franchise Owners are successful, business-savvy individuals, who are ethical and treat their Staff like Family. The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
