The Role: Junior Structural Designer

You’ll be the creative force helping turn big ideas into real, buildable plans. Think of it as design meets teamwork meets career launchpad.

What You’ll Do

Design support: Help prep calculations, sketch out plans, and fine-tune details
Drafting: Turn markups into polished drawings & keep projects organized
Collaboration: Work alongside experienced engineers + designers who’ll help you grow
Construction: Update drawings, pitch in on real-world projects, and see your work come to life

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in structural engineering.

• Some experience 1-3 years (internships/co-ops count!)

• Comfortable with design/drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

• Detail-oriented + eager to learn

• Team player who’s not afraid to bring fresh ideas

• Strong communication skills (English required, French is a bonus)
