Duties

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete construction and renovation tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately
• Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stone setting, and related restoration activities
• Conduct caulking, sealing, and other finishing tasks to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes as required for project needs
• Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to while maintaining safety protocols
• Contribute to restoration projects by applying specialized skills in masonry and structural repairs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, masonry, or restoration work with knowledge of schematics and blueprint reading
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Strong understanding of renovation techniques including caulking and sealing processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
• Experience working with heavy machinery safely in various environments
• Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and equipment operation
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding conditions
• Relevant certifications or licenses for heavy equipment operation are preferred but not mandatory

This role is essential for the successful completion of complex building projects requiring technical skill, safety consciousness, and craftsmanship.

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
