About the role
Do you have experience in heavy vehicle mechanics? Are you looking for a stable daytime position in a dynamic environment?
Under the supervision of the Mechanical Foreman, the Mechanic’s main responsibility will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a fleet of heavy vehicles, ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of equipment on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on the truck fleet;
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other technical failures;
- Using advanced diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve issues on site;
- Diagnosing, adjusting, assembling, disassembling, and repairing all vehicle components in the workshop;
- Completing work within standard repair timelines;
- Performing any other related duties.

Requirements:
- DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in heavy vehicle mechanics
- PEP certification (an asset)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
